Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not create or distribute illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not impersonate a school, employer, government body, accreditation body, credential issuer, or person without authorization.
• Do not issue fabricated credentials or use verification pages to mislead a recipient or third party about authenticity, authority, qualification, or status.
• Do not upload intimate images without consent, child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits or endangers a child.

• Collect, import, and use personal data only with a lawful purpose and appropriate authority, notices, and consent where required.
• Do not use FotoFit to send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, or unsolicited bulk commercial email.
• Do not place secrets, payment-card data, government identity numbers, health records, or other unnecessary highly sensitive data in templates, spreadsheet imports, URLs, form fields, or webhooks.
• Do not attempt to identify, profile, or surveil people in a way that violates law or reasonable expectations of privacy.

• Do not introduce malware, scrape protected data, disrupt service, overload queues, probe vulnerabilities without written authorization, or bypass authentication and access controls.
• Do not share or expose API keys, use another person's account, forge requests, or access a workspace, file, form, record, or webhook without permission.
• Do not evade output credits, managed-credential allowances, rate limits, queue priority, or lifetime limits through automation, duplicate accounts, or coordinated users.
• Do not resell access to FotoFit or make the service available as a competing hosted product unless a written agreement permits it.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, disable public access, restrict generation or delivery, rotate exposed credentials, suspend accounts, or terminate service. We consider severity, recurrence, intent, risk, and legal obligations. Urgent harm, fraud, or security risk may require immediate action without advance notice.

Report suspected abuse to hello@fotofit.in with the relevant public URL or record identifier. Do not include more personal data than needed for the report.
