Managed generation stores outputs for the lifetime of the managed record and lets you manage verifiable credentials and send them by email, subject to your plan’s storage and email limits. It uses output credits plus a managed credential allowance for each managed bulk row or first-time Smart Form issuance. Temporary generation is for downloading files within the temporary retention window: it has no ongoing storage, managed credential records, verification or email sending, and uses output credits only.

Every generated PNG, JPEG, or PDF uses one shared output credit, whether it comes from Bulk Generator, a Smart Form, or the API. A managed bulk row or first-time managed Smart Form issuance also uses one managed credential allowance; temporary output does not.

Free credits are a one-time lifetime allowance. Yearly subscriptions receive the full yearly allowance after payment. Monthly subscriptions receive one-twelfth after each successful payment, and unused monthly credits expire when the next paid monthly cycle begins.

Existing managed records and files remain available. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing date, so you keep your current plan until the paid period ends. New creation and premium actions then follow the limits of your active plan.

There is no automatic Pro trial at the moment. The Free plan lets you test the core workflow without a card.

No. API access is included in Pro and Growth. API renders use the same shared output and managed credential allowances as dashboard generation.

Full refunds are available within 7 calendar days of your first-ever paid subscription when you have used 50 or fewer output credits. Requests above 50 credits go to manual review, as do duplicate charges and other exceptional cases. Renewals and later payments are normally non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and your plan continues until the billing period ends.
