1. Service Description
FotoFit ("we", "our", "us") provides a web-based design platform for creating photo frames and bulk-generating personalized images. By using our service at fotofit.in and app.fotofit.in, you agree to these terms.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and verify your email address. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FotoFit to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Payment Terms
FotoFit offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner, Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to FotoFit. By publishing frames or campaigns publicly, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute that content through our platform. FotoFit's branding, code, and platform design remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
FotoFit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FotoFit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
