Terms of Service

The rules for using FotoFit's websites, dashboard, public pages, generation tools, integrations, and API.

Effective August 18, 2026Last updated August 18, 2026

In plain language

  • You keep ownership of your content and give FotoFit the limited permission needed to provide the service.
  • Output and managed-credential allowances are shared across dashboard, Smart Forms, bulk generation, and API use as shown in your plan.
  • Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not delete existing managed credentials.
  • You are responsible for lawful recipient data, public content, permissions, and delivery instructions.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and FotoFit for access to fotofit.in, app.fotofit.in, public FotoFit pages, integrations, and APIs. By creating an account, accepting a workspace invitation, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated below.

You must be able to form a binding contract. If you use FotoFit for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. A child may use a FotoFit experience only under the direction and authorization of a responsible organization or adult as required by law.

The service

FotoFit provides tools for Twibbon campaigns, reusable templates, bulk generation, managed credentials and verification, Smart Forms, team workspaces, and API rendering. Features and limits depend on your plan and on capabilities marked as available in the product. Preview, beta, or unreleased features are not part of a paid commitment unless we say so in writing.

We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. If a material change removes a core paid feature during a current paid period, we will provide reasonable notice and an appropriate remedy where required by law.

Accounts and workspaces

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and API keys, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for configuring workspace roles appropriately.

A workspace owner or administrator may invite and remove members and control workspace-scoped data. Assets that remain personally owned in the product are not automatically transferred merely because a user joins a workspace unless the interface expressly says otherwise.

Your content and recipient data

You retain ownership of templates, images, spreadsheet values, submissions, and other content you provide. You grant FotoFit a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, render, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and lawful authority to upload content and process recipient or respondent data. You must provide legally required notices, obtain consent where needed, honor data-subject requests, and avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive data. Public campaigns, forms, verification pages, and shared links may be accessible to other people; choose visibility and lookup settings carefully.

Acceptable use

You may not use FotoFit for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, unsafe, or technically harmful activity; impersonate an issuer; create fraudulent credentials; send unsolicited messages; evade limits; probe systems without authorization; or interfere with other users. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.

Plans, credits, and limits

The pricing page and dashboard show the current plan limits. Output credits are shared across bulk generation, Smart Forms, and API rendering. Managed generation consumes both output credits and the separate managed-credential allowance; temporary generation consumes output credits but does not create durable recipient records.

Free allowances are one-time lifetime allowances. Annual plans receive the annual allowance after successful payment. Monthly plans receive the displayed monthly grant after each successful payment; unused monthly credits expire at the next paid monthly cycle and do not roll over. Credit packs require an active paid plan, are tied to that paid period, and are not cash value.

Row limits are technical per-job maximums, not extra credits. We may enforce queue priority, rate limits, storage limits, fair-use safeguards, and anti-abuse controls. You may not create or coordinate accounts to bypass plan or lifetime limits.

Billing and renewal

Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for paid purchases. Dodo presents available currencies and payment methods, calculates applicable transaction taxes, processes payment details, issues payment documents, and manages payment disputes under its buyer terms. Prices shown by FotoFit may exclude or include taxes depending on the checkout and your location; the Dodo checkout total controls the transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method accepted at checkout. We may change future prices with advance notice; a price change applies no earlier than a subsequent renewal unless you expressly accept it sooner.

Cancellation, downgrade, and data

You may schedule cancellation from the billing area. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the plan remains usable until then. After expiry or downgrade, new creation and premium actions follow the active plan's limits.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or existing managed credential records and files. Temporary files continue to expire on their existing schedule. You may delete managed records and jobs directly where the dashboard offers permanent deletion, or request account-level deletion. Billing, security, backup, dispute, and legal records may remain where required.

Integrations, API, and delivery

Third-party integrations, including Google Sheets and Dodo Payments, are also governed by the provider's terms. You authorize FotoFit to access or transmit data to an integration only for the workflow you configure.

Keep API keys and webhook secrets confidential. You are responsible for endpoints, recipients, spreadsheet selections, email addresses, and URLs you supply. Email, webhooks, source URLs, public links, and third-party systems can fail or change outside FotoFit's control; review generated outputs before relying on them for a consequential purpose.

FotoFit property and feedback

FotoFit and its licensors own the service, software, visual design, trademarks, documentation, and other platform materials, excluding your content. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law does not allow that restriction.

If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, illegal use, material breach, harm to other users, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. We may act immediately for urgent security, fraud, abuse, or legal reasons.

Sections that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and data-retention obligations—survive termination.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, FotoFit is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of third-party URLs, error-free rendering from every customer file, email delivery, or that a generated credential satisfies a particular legal, accreditation, identity, archival, or evidentiary requirement. You must verify important outputs and keep any independent records your use case requires.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data. FotoFit's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid FotoFit for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct. You are responsible for claims arising from content, data, instructions, or use that violates these Terms or another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any law requiring a different forum, courts of competent jurisdiction in Kerala, India will have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or business changes. We will post the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. If a material change requires consent under applicable law, it will not apply until that consent is obtained.
