FotoFitA locked template separates design ownership from content entry. A designer approves the layout and exposes only named fields; other team members complete a Smart Form and receive the generated asset without moving the logo or changing typography.
When a shared editor is the wrong interface

The Smart Form workflow
Approve the template
Finish typography, placement, colours and static brand elements.
Expose controlled fields
Choose the text and image values an operator may supply.
Publish the form
Use Open mode or CSV Lookup mode according to the release-supported workflow.
Generate
The submitted values populate the template without granting canvas access.
What remains under design control
Static elements and layout stay in the template. Dynamic fields accept only the content and behaviours configured by the template owner. Custom fonts and theme controls remain subject to workspace plan entitlements.
What Smart Forms are not
They are not a replacement for general survey software or an unrestricted collaborative design editor. Their purpose is controlled input that produces an approved visual output.

Which Smart Form modes are currently available?
Open mode and CSV Lookup mode are the supported release modes. Quiz and photo-specific modes are not currently marketed.
Do operators need to edit the template?
No. They interact with the fields exposed through the form, not the design canvas.
