Smart Forms, CSV Lookup and locked template ownership

Smart Forms are controlled generation interfaces tied to an approved template. Open mode accepts configured input directly. CSV Lookup mode lets a user retrieve an allowed row from an uploaded dataset before generation.

Open mode

Use Open mode when the respondent is allowed to supply the configured values. The template remains locked while the form exposes only the intended fields.

CSV Lookup mode

Use CSV Lookup when the organisation already owns an approved dataset and the user should retrieve a matching record rather than enter arbitrary credential data.

Workspace ownership

The template, Smart Form, submissions and generated outputs belong to the active workspace. A member's access follows the workspace role; switching workspaces must switch the data and entitlements immediately.

Shared output allowance

Smart Form generations are not a separate free pool. They consume the workspace's shared output allowance alongside Bulk Generator and API renders.
